The new membership year starts October 1, 2022 for the FCNLL 2023 year.  

To become a regular member of FCNLL with general membership voting rights, please submit the:

1. Completed Volunteer Application or Volunteer on www.fcnll.com
2. Copy of your driver's license
3. $5.00 payment

Once your membership has been accepted, your name will be added to the membership list on this web page.  Membership will be good through September 30, 2023.
